Laser Screed for Hire

We are excited to announce our laser screed is here and available for hire. With the ability to produce super flat floors – level or with one way slope – this machine brings the fire power to jobs big and small.

We can also accommodate requests to pour and place larger slabs, up to 25,000 square feet.

What is "Screed for Hire"?

We will bring our laser screed and an operator to your job site on pour day. We will pour and screed the slab - you will be responsible for all the prep and finish work.

How Many Square feet can you do?

Our screed can do up to 5,000 square feet an hour. It's reasonable to do 30,000 square feet a day.

can you work around rebar?

Absolutely! Our screed boom's out 17 feet which leaves the wheels out of the concrete and the rebar still standing on risers. Also ideal for working around post tension cables.

How many square feet can you do?

We can do 4,000 to 5,000 square feet in an hour. It is reasonable to put down 20,000 to 30,000 square feet in a day.

We have a Ligchine Screedsaver Max Plus with a 9′ high performance screed head and 2D laser precision powered by Top Con.

Can you work around rebar?

Absolutely! Our screed head reaches out 17 feet which leaves our wheels out of the concrete and the rebar still standing on risers. Practically – you’ll tie the rebar on the ground the day before and chair it up as we go.

Our pricing is competitive and based on square feet and travel distance. You can usually figure 35 to 75 cents/foot.
